Electronics Design Manager- Machine Division

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage electronics design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Lead a team of engineers to develop embedded systems, including hardware design, software development using C++/C, and testing.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UART, RTOS, QT, Linux, IoT technologies into machine division products.
  
• Develop technical documentation for designs and provide guidance on best practices for future improvements.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 15-20 years of experience in electronics design management or related field (machine division).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong expertise in embedded programming languages such as C++, UART protocols, RTOS operating systems (QT framework), Linux kernel development.
