Engineer- Vendor Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage vendor development activities, including supplier selection, evaluation, and onboarding.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to machining processes.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products from vendors by monitoring production schedules and inventory levels.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in Vendor Development or Management in the auto components industry.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
  
• Strong understanding of Machining Processes and Supplier Audit procedures.
