Office Boy

• An office boy is responsible for providing general support services in an office environment.
• Arranging lunch and serving the beverages like tea/coffee.
• Clean the office desk, and maintain the cleanliness of the Managing Directors cabin, common area and lunch room.
• Serve the beverages like tea/coffee and food.
• Should be responsible in handling the documents, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks such as filing, and scanning documents.
• Should be responsible for maintaining office equipment and ensuring that office supplies are well-stocked.
• Updating appointment calendars, basic bookkeeping.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily deliveries.

Requirements:

• Good interaction abilities, Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when situation requires.
• Good understanding of office environment.
