Office boy job

Role & responsibilities:

* Tea coffee making

* Dusting, sweeping and cleaing

* Handle outside work like (product delivery visit client site)

* Office help like printing scanning

* Hot Cold Beverages and Snacks serving etc.

* Handle pantry area

* Manager help

What youll do:

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
• Serve beverages (tea/coffee) for staff and visitors as required.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and document binding.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs and equipment.
• Manage office supplies and pantry stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Support the administrative team with filing, data entry, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance or repairs.

Preferred candidate profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
