Junior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to assist in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, planning, and executing construction projects under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and measurements to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Assist in material procurement, vendor coordination, and quality checks.
• Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and safety regulations on-site.
• Support in documentation, report preparation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify and resolve engineering issues and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
