Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Supervisor (Technical and Interior Specialist) to oversee the construction, development, and interior finishing of real estate projects. This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in supervising on-site activities, managing technical aspects, and ensuring high-quality interior finishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil construction and a keen eye for detail in interior work, including electrical, plumbing, and aesthetic finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of interior finishing work, including painting, flooring, carpentry, and installation of fixtures.
• Oversee the execution of electrical, plumbing, and other ancillary systems to meet project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, timely progress, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design teams to achieve seamless integration of technical and aesthetic elements.
• Ensure proper handling and installation of materials to meet project specifications and desired finishes.
• Resolve on-site challenges, including technical or design-related issues, in collaboration with the project team.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, material usage, and team performance.
• Enforce compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in resource planning, including workforce allocation and material procurement for civil and interior work.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor with a focus on interior finishing work.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Expertise in interior finishing, including a deep understanding of materials, techniques, and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with construction and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare and interpret technical documents, drawings, and progress reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
