Civil Engineer (senior/Juinior)

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team and oversee construction projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project Planning & Design:

• Analyze construction plans, specifications, and structural drawings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

✅ Site Execution & Supervision:

• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections.

✅ Budget & Resource Management:

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and procurement plans.
• Optimize material and resource allocation to minimize costs.

✅ Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure all projects follow government regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.

✅ Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain project records, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔️ Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

✔️ [X] years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects

✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, or similar software

✔️ Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations

✔️ Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of green building practices
• Familiarity with government approvals & contracts
