QA QC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with a specialization in quality assurance to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our civil engineering projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of civil engineering principles.

Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance/Quality Control Management & quantity verifications of the construction materials.

2. Compliance & safety Monitoring.

3. Documentation and Reporting.

4. Cost efficienct skills to execute with experience.

5. Supplier and Contractor Coordination.

6. Development of team to carry forward the project.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.

2. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

3. Proven experience in civil engineering with a focus on quality assurance and quality control.

4. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction methodologies.

5. Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Proficiency in project management software and quality assurance tools.

9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

10. Strong leadership abilities and team-building skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001.

2. Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and testing procedures.

3. Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software.

4. Understanding of sustainability principles in civil engineering practices.

5. Certification in quality management or related field (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer).
