Project Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1)Attending kick off meeting & understanding details

2) Preparation of project bar chart & billing schedules

3) Co-ordination with Engineering / Commercial / Purchase of engineering output

4) Submission of data to client

5) Indenting, follow up with purchase for getting material

6) Preparation of Project Status & monitoring daily (update weekly)

7) Facilitating invoicing, dispatch & client coordination

8) Site visit, finalizing of E&C contractor (Unloading storage etc)

9) Monitoring of E&C, facilitating site handover

10) Sorting out final punch point & facilitating payment
