Job Description HR Manager:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Talent Acquisition (TA) to lead and manage our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, with a particular focus on attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent. This role requires a proactive individual who can foster a positive work environment and drive organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions, to enhance talent pipelines.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

HR Strategy and Policy Development:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Performance Management and Employee Development:

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees regarding performance issues and development opportunities.

Compliance and Record-Keeping:

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR, or any HR Certification.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years experience.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.

Timing 9:00am to 6:00pm

Working Days – 6 days Working

Monday to Saturday.

Mode of Interview: Onsite Interview.
