Role & responsibilities

In addition to provide exceptional service, you need to be a confident, fully engaged team player.

• Identify customers needs, provide solutions.
• Ensure the customer queries are completely met.
• Provide step by step guidance to customers to resolve their issue.

Preferred candidate profile

• Post Graduate/ Graduate/ Undergraduate
• Freshers/ Experienced (min 6 months)
• Excellent in communication
• Willing to work for rotational shifts, night shifts and graveyard shifts
• 5 Days working 2 days rotational week offs
• Willing to work from office
