Job Overview:
The Associate Customer Support Executive you will be the frontline of our customer support operations, providing essential technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Excellent Communication Skills: Address and resolve client issues via calls, chat, and email with professionalism and clarity.
24/7 Availability: Be ready to work in a dynamic, 24*7, in-office environment.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Utilize your analytical skills to understand and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Proactive Problem Solving: Own and resolve customer issues independently with quick thinking and thorough solutions.
Customer Respect: Be proactive and show the utmost respect for the customers time.
Time Management: Ensure all interactions with customers add value and are handled promptly.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: BE degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of SQL and Excel; basic knowledge of Java and Python. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Experience: Previous work experience in technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer is beneficial.
Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Client-Facing Skills: Excellent client-facing and customer service skills.
Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Focus and Follow-Through: Ability to stay focused and ensure issues are resolved completely.
