Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Product Marketing Content Specialist (Writer) to develop compelling content tailored to different audiences and formats. You will be instrumental in creating impactful marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, product videos, webpage content, and customer testimonials. This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT/SaaS and a passion for turning complex concepts into persuasive stories that drive product adoption and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, blog posts, sales decks, video scripts, and web content to support product positioning and campaigns.

- Create scripts for product videos, explainer videos, and customer testimonial videos to highlight product benefits and customer success stories.

- Structure technical data and product information into audience-friendly formats for prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and product teams to develop content that aligns with key messaging and business objectives.

- Develop SEO-optimized digital content such as blogs, articles, and landing pages to increase organic visibility and traffic.

- Author compelling case studies that showcase how customers have successfully solved problems using the company's products.

- Design content that resonates with diverse audiences, including decision-makers, end-users, and partners.

- Work closely with designers to ensure on-brand visuals accompany written content.

- Monitor content performance metrics and apply insights to improve future campaigns and sales enablement materials.

- Contribute to cross-functional brainstorming sessions to ideate new campaigns, marketing assets, and go-to-market strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven ability to create content across multiple formats, including case studies, brochures, product presentations, video scripts, and web content.

- Experience in content creation for IT/SaaS companies, with a strong understanding of technical products and how to convey value propositions effectively.

- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to transform technical concepts into audience-friendly content.

- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques to boost online engagement and traffic.

- Experience developing scripts for product demos, video explainers, and customer testimonial videos.

- Excellent research and storytelling abilities to create case studies and customer success stories that resonate with target audiences.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing.

- Effective time management and organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and SEO platforms is a plus.

Preferred Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field.
