Senior UX Designer - Figma (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

- Interaction & Visual Design : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs while ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user-friendly solutions.

- Design Systems & Guidelines : Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system that aligns with brand and

- Accessibility guidelines : Good understanding of accessibility standards

- Visual Design : In depth understanding of visual design principles, visual design patterns, heuristic principles, UX laws etc

- Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, data, and industry best practices.

- Understanding of front-end technologies is plus.

- Take ownership of projects, propose innovative solutions, and contribute beyond just UI/UX design.

- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to a fast-moving startup culture with changing priorities and rapid iterations.

Education : Preferred Degree from a reputed institute (IIT Bombay, IISc Bangalore, NID, IIT Delhi, or similar preferred).

Experience :

- 5+ years in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects (B2B, SaaS preferred).

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills through UX case studies that showcase your approach to real-world design challenges.

- Proficiency in Figma & Advance prototyping

- Deep understanding of UX research methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to simplify complex workflows and create intuitive experiences.

Pune-Based & On-Site Availability : Must be based in Pune and available to work from the office all five days a week (No WFH).
