We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with 4+ years of experience specializing in B2C mobile app design. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of user-centric, visually engaging, and functional designs tailored for mobile applications. Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

- 4-9 years of experience in UI/UX design, with significant expertise in B2C product design, primarily focused on mobile applications. A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects is essential.

- Must have proficiency in Figma and design system.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to design, with the ability to interpret user data and analytics to drive design decisions.

- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all digital platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in design.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools.

- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and user benefits.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and advocate for best practices within the team.

- Champion a UX-centric, solution-centric, and data-centric mindset, leveraging user insights and data analytics to inform design decisions.
