Foundit - Senior Quality Assurance Manager - Automation Testing (10-13 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Analyze requirements and specifications to understand testing needs.

- Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Execute functional, regression, and performance tests.

- Report and track defects using a defect tracking system.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Participate in Agile development processes.

- Contribute to process improvements and testing best practices.

- Automate test cases where appropriate (preferred).

- Create and maintain test data.

Qualifications :

- Extensive experience (5+ years) in software quality assurance testing.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM/Quality Center).

- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
