Job Description :

- Should provide technical leadership to team and deliver impact with full ownership.

- Should be able to drive projects with little help from leadership.

- A person with 6 to 12 years of experience and extremely good at automation.

- With expertise of working on latest technologies like terraform, Pulumi, Phantom, Immutable infrastructure, end to end automation, Elastic, Spinnaker, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Postgresql, Mongo, MySQL, Kafka, Zookeeper, AWS/Azure cloud, etc

Must Haves :

1). Proficient in communication with stakeholders :

a). proactive ticket updates and working with stakeholders

b). vocal in meetings

c). eloquently putting his/her point forward

2). Hands on setting CI/CD pipelines for microservices from scratch. :

a). Running Jenkins in Kubernetes as immutable infrastructure

i). Jenkins Shared lib with scripted pipeline

ii). Setting up so that builds are run inside docker

b). Integrating third party checks in pipeline

3). Expert level troubleshooting in microservice based architecture.

4). Having knack for solving production issues quickly.

5). Lead projects end to end with clear visibility and ownership.

6). Eagar to experiment with innovative technologies like immutable infrastructure, cloud agnostic IaC, MLOps, end to end automation, spinnaker, etc.

7). Design scalable systems with operational concern addressed at the core.

8). Maintaining various application clusters like Kafka, Zookeeper, Mariadb, Elastic, etc in Cloud using end to end automation

9). Expert in Kubernetes :

a). Creating and managing k8s cluster using automation

b). Deploying services using end to end pipeline

c). running and managing production k8s clusters

10). Expert in troubleshooting in a complex production environment at all levels of the system.

11). Expert on working on public cloud. :

a). Should be well versed with numerous services in cloud

b). Setup a secure & scalable infrastructure with automation

12). Expert in monitoring tools.

13). Hands on with centralized logging setup.

14). Proficient in Python or Groovy scripting or excellent shell scripting.

Good to have :

1. Proficient working on Azure cloud.

2. Basic understanding and hands-on experience with MLOps

3. Excellent at documenting and visualizing the system
