Job Description :

We are urgently looking for an experienced and highly skilled Head of Sales to lead sales operations across all brands under Zaineb Ali & Co.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales leadership at established fitness chains and should be capable of managing and scaling sales strategies across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations across all Zaineb Ali & Co. brands, driving strategic growth and revenue expansion.

- A primary focus will be on Pilates & Beyond, where they will lead and optimize studio sales for immediate impact.

- This role includes building, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales teams while also driving business development by establishing strategic partnerships within the fitness and wellness industry.

- Additionally, they will develop and execute effective sales strategies, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis to refine approaches and maximize sales performance.

Candidate:

- Requirements: Experience: Minimum 8+ years in sales leadership roles within the fitness/wellness industry.

- Industry Network: Strong connections in the fitness sector with a history of driving revenue growth.

- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to implement and execute high-conversion sales strategies.

Leadership:

- Capable of managing and scaling sales teams for multiple brands.

- Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
