Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee the entire QA lifecycle, from planning and test case design to execution and defect management.
- Champion the adoption of best practices in quality assurance, including CMMI (Level 3 or higher) and ISO standards (9001, 27001).
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes.
- Implement and manage quality management systems (QMS) and leverage relevant QA tools.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (development, engineering, product management) to ensure quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze test results, identify and track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide insightful reports and recommendations to stakeholders on software quality and process improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in QA methodologies, tools, and industry trends.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the IT/Software Development industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating QA teams.
- In-depth knowledge of CMMI (Level 3 or higher) and ISO standards (9001, 27001) and their application to software development.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g, Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with various QA tools and techniques (test automation, performance testing, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example and inspire a culture of quality within the team.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest QA trends
