Foundit - BSP Engineer - C/C++/VHDL/RTOS (5-10 yrs)

Job Title : BSP Engineer (Board Support Package).

Location : Hyderabad / Dehradun.

About the Role :

Mindteck is looking for experienced BSP Engineers to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in embedded systems, particularly in BSP development, RTOS, VHDL programming, and hardware integration.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 10 years in embedded systems development.

- BSP Development, strong experience in RTOS and VHDL Programming.

- Strong proficiency in C, C++, VHDL programming, and RTOS.

(Mandatory).

- Expertise in hardware integration and debugging complex system-level issues.

- Hands-on experience with device drivers, memory management, and low-level software components.

- Familiarity with assembly language for processor architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize BSP for Software Defined Radio (SDR) platforms.

- Integrate hardware-specific APIs to interface SDR software with devices like Audio ports, Vocoder Services, Ethernet, and GPS devices.

- Ensure proper handling of low-level hardware communication via protocols such as I2C, SPI, PCIe, and Ethernet.

- Write device drivers for hardware peripherals (I/O ports, sensors, communication interfaces like UART, SPI, I2C).

- Adapt and configure RTOS (e.g, FreeRTOS, RTEMS, VxWorks) for specific hardware platforms.

- Optimize BSP and RTOS for performance-critical applications.
