We are looking for hard workers, who are ready to take on big challenges. How will you make an impact in this role ? We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sr. Product Designer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our design team. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting exceptional user experiences for Gnani's diverse suite of AI products.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually stunning and user-centric designs that drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

- Analyze user needs and pain points to inform design decisions.

- Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to visualize user experiences.

- Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

- Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including style guides and component libraries.

- Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.

- Use prototyping tools (Figma) to create interactive prototypes for testing and validation.

- Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and content creators to ensure alignment on design goals.

- Provide design guidance and feedback to the team.

- Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale.

Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on UX/UI design.

- Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.

- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Ability to create pixel-perfect designs and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience working in an agile development environment.

- A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with design systems and component libraries.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.

- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.

- Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
