Van Sales Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Direct sales interaction: Visiting customers at their locations, presenting products, demonstrating features, and closing sales deals.
• Customer relationship management: Building rapport with existing customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction to foster repeat business.
• Lead generation: Identifying potential new customers, prospecting, and generating sales leads within their territory.
• Sales target achievement:Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and contributing to overall company sales goals.
• Product knowledge:Staying updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively answer customer questions.
• Sales reporting:Maintaining accurate sales records, submitting timely reports on sales activities, and analyzing sales data to identify trends.
• Route planning:Efficiently managing daily sales routes and scheduling customer visits.
• Inventory management:Maintaining proper stock levels in the delivery van and ensuring accurate product availability.
• Customer service:Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues promptly, and providing excellent customer support.
• Market analysis:Staying informed about competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have minimum 3+ years in FMCG Sales

Valid Indian Driving License

Fluent in English

Good communication skills

Salary: 250KD + Accommodation, Transportation + 240KD Commission after receiving license from Kuwait.
