Backend Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and documentation.
  
• Meet daily targets for sales performance and productivity metrics.
  
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using computer systems.
  
• Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to provide excellent customer service.

• Make outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Generate leads and qualify prospects.

• Promote products/services and convert sales.

• Provide customer service and resolve issues.

• Follow up with customers for satisfaction and repeat business.

• Report daily/weekly performance to the tea
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in telesales or related field (freshers can apply).
  
• Excellent communication skills with active listening abilities.
  
• Strong persuasion & negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively.
  
• Proficiency in time management, patience & empathy towards customers' needs.
