Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact existing customers to renew subscriptions or service contracts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
• Identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell additional products or services to align with customer needs and revenue goals.
• Provide accurate product or service information and address customer inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize revenue potential.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales and renewal targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective negotiation and persuasion skills to drive customer decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
