Talent Acquisition Manager

The Role:

• We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help us keep growing.
• The Talent Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, talent acquisition, employee development, and retention strategies to support the company's growth and mission

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Promote employer branding and enhance candidate experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Familiarity with labor laws.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting, including KPIs and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Previous experience in the energy, sustainability, or mobility industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and metrics.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in retention strategies and performance management
