Virtual Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of clients to build strong relationships and drive sales growth through outbound calls, emails, and meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and converting them into paying clients.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software to track progress and identify trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and upsell/cross-sell services.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in telesales or related field (e.g., relationship management).
• Proven track record of success in outbound sales or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups over phone/email/in-person.
