Technical Support Executives

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats for desktop issues related to hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools such as modems, routers, ISP connections, etc.
• Escalate critical issues to senior team members or third-party vendors when necessary.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems for future reference.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in international BPO/call center environment with a focus on technical support.
• Strong knowledge of international voice process procedures and protocols.
• Proficiency in handling international calling operations with excellent communication skills.
