We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA and Testing Analyst to join our team in Kochi. This role requires expertise in Cucumber BDD, Page Object Model, Core Java, GIT, and Rest Assured API Testing, with a focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, and database testing.

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Cucumber BDD and Core Java.
• Implement and maintain Page Object Model (POM) for test automation projects.
• Perform Rest Assured API Testing for functional and non-functional validation.
• Manage version control through GIT and ensure proper integration within the test automation framework.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to create and enhance automated test cases and scripts.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing for web applications and services.
• Conduct manual testing where automation is not feasible and provide feedback for improvements.
• Create and manage detailed test plans and test cases in TestRail.
• Troubleshoot test failures, debug scripts, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• 5-8 years of experience in QA and Software Testing.
• Proficiency in Cucumber BDD for behavior-driven development testing.
• Strong knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) and its implementation for test automation.
• Expertise in Core Java for writing and executing automated tests.
• Extensive experience with Rest Assured for API testing (REST APIs).
• Version control experience using GIT.
• Strong understanding of test automation principles and strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based work.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL Server for database testing and query execution.
• Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail for test case management.
• Experience in performance testing or non-functional testing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
