Sales Representative

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Build strong relationships with clients across various geographies, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and product offerings for international markets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in international sales or a related field (BPO/Call Centre).
• Proven track record of success in cross-selling or upselling products/services within an international setting.
• Strong understanding of international business development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients from diverse cultures.
