Unix Admin

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain large-scale Unix/Linux clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Design, implement, and optimize cluster architectures using various clustering technologies (e.g., VXVM).
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to cluster failures or performance degradation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new applications into existing clusters.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in Unix administration with expertise in Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Strong understanding of version control systems (VCS) for managing software configurations.
• Experience with Solaris operating system is an added advantage.
