Technical Support Executives

We are hiring for Telus International - Technical Support Executives 

  Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for issues related to internet services, including broadband connectivity, WiFi networks, and router configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools such as modems and ISP equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues that require further assistance from other departments.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM software for future reference.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role providing technical voice process support.
- Strong knowledge of broadband technologies (ISP) and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- Proficiency in configuring routers and setting up WiFi networks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
