Sales Representative

We are hiring for Telus International - Sales Representative- Inbound & Outbound Sales 

  Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle international customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services to customers.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for inbound sales, outbound sales, and cross sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in BPO industry, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken) with ability to handle multiple accents.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets through effective cross-selling techniques.
