Telesales Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to banking services.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions or escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales performance, and quality metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 0.6-6 years of experience in inside sales or telecalling in the BFSI industry.
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
