Outbound Calls:Telecallers make outbound calls to reach out to potential clients, customers, or leads

They may promote products, services, or special offers, and aim to generate interest or close sales



Inbound Calls:Telecallers also handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting customers with their needs



Sales and Lead Generation:One of the primary functions of a Telecaller is to generate sales leads by identifying potential customers and gathering relevant information for follow-up by sales teams



Customer Service:Telecallers provide customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing assistance to existing customers



Surveys and Feedback:They conduct surveys to gather feedback from customers, which can be used to improve products, services, or customer experience



Appointment Scheduling:Tele Callers may schedule appointments, meetings, or demos for sales representatives or other departments



Script Adherence:They often follow prepared scripts to ensure consistent and accurate communication with customers
