Accounting Services Associate IV

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for disbursements, including finance team members and external vendors.
• Perform intercompany accounting tasks such as reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong knowledge of ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions and invoice management systems.
• Proficiency in P2P cycle, including procurement, payment, and settlement processes.
