Senior Accountant/ Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with contract terms, tax regulations, and internal control.
• Handle electronic fund transfers, checks, and other payment methods.
• Verify accuracy of payment batches and maintain payment schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficient payment workflows
• Process and monitor all incoming invoices for accuracy and approval.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices while adhering to company policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are updated.
• Assist in managing company investments, loans, and credit facilities.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential).

Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in accounts payable, treasury accounting, or a related role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Skills:

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payment processing systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
