Senior Human Resource Shared Services Executive

 Payroll Administration:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, processing, and distribution of employee salaries.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, deductions, and benefits.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify payroll data.
• Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees in a timely manner.

HR Operations Support:

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, record-keeping, and coordination with other departments.
• Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and employee engagement activities.

 Data Management & Reporting:

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze payroll data, generate reports, and track HR-related metrics.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards, providing insights into payroll trends, employee headcount, and other key HR data.
• Assist with audits, ensuring accurate data for reporting and compliance purposes.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure payroll practices are in line with company policies, local labor laws, and tax requirements.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee files and records, ensuring legal compliance.
• Prepare and file necessary government documents related to payroll and employee benefits.
