Assistant Manager Human Resources

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Human Resources to lead HR Operations while also managing Talent Acquisition (Non-IT). This role involves overseeing payroll, HRIS, and compliance while ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and review HRIS for data integrity, reporting, and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
• Maintain and update HR policies in line with regulations.
• Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.

Talent Acquisition (Non-IT)

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
• Utilize ATS, job portals, and networking for sourcing top talent.
• Track and improve recruitment metrics for hiring efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, compliance, and recruitment trends.
• Proficiency in ATS and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full time MBA in Human Resources is preferred
• Prior experience in the ecommerce sector is preferred
