Job Overview. We are seeking a Mid-Level Assistant Manager of Human Resources to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time position where you'll be instrumental in managing HR operations, enhancing the employee experience, and implementing HR strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, alongside experience in interviews, admin tasks, payroll processing, and fostering employee engagement.

Qualifications And Skills. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will interact with all levels of the business. (Mandatory skill). Proven experience conducting interviews, with the ability to assess candidates' potential effectively.

Administrative skills with attention to detail for handling sensitive HR documentation and processes.

Experience in payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

A track record of fostering employee engagement to maintain a motivated and productive workforce.

Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.

Knowledge of HR policies and practices and the ability to implement them in a dynamic environment.

Problem-solving abilities to address any HR-related issues swiftly and efficiently, maintaining workplace harmony.

Roles And Responsibilities. Coordinate and conduct interviews to support the hiring process and ensure alignment with company needs.

Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and handling HR inquiries effectively.

Oversee payroll processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely remuneration for all employees.

Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, boosting morale and fostering a positive work environment.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies to support organizational goals and compliance standards.

Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related issues, fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Conduct regular audits of HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and align HR strategy accordingly
