We are seeking a passionate and skilled Android Developer with 1+ year of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Android development, be proficient in Kotlin/Java, and have experience building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications.
  • Key Responsibilities. Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing Android applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
  • Debug and resolve application issues, including performance and usability concerns.
  • Stay updated with the latest Android trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
  • Requirements. Educational Qualification:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:. 1+ year of professional experience in Android development.
  • Proven experience with Kotlin and/or Java.

    Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.
  • Understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications. Experience with Jetpack components (e.g., Room, ViewModel, LiveData).
  • Familiarity with Firebase services (e.g., Firestore, Analytics, Push Notifications).
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Android.
  • Published applications on the Google Play Store on a demo application available on the Play Store showcasing your work
