Job Title : SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Consultant

Experience : 12 - 16 Years

Location : PAN India

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Serve as the go-to expert for SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, providing guidance and support to the team and organization.

- Lead and manage a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Be responsible for team decisions, performance reviews, and professional development.

- Engage and collaborate with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions and ensuring alignment across projects.

- Provide solutions to complex problems that impact multiple teams, demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting applications, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Act as the primary point of contact for projects, communicating effectively with stakeholders and managing expectations.

- Ensure the quality and integrity of deliverables, adhering to best practices and methodologies.

- Share knowledge and expertise with the team and organization, contributing to continuous improvement and best practice development.

- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their growth and development.

Must-Have Skills :

- Deep Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting: Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

- This includes consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and reporting functionalities.

- Strong Understanding of Consolidation Processes: Possess a strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and best practices.

- Experience with integrating SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting with other SAP modules (FI, CO) and non-SAP systems.

- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting to meet specific business requirements.

- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting data.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, drive consensus, and make effective decisions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with other consolidation tools (BPC, Hyperion).

- Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards.

- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Project Management experience.

- SAP certifications related to Finance and Controlling
