Must have : SAP CO consultant with CO-PC-PCP/controlling

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP Controlling (CO) with expertise in Product Costing (CO-PC).

In-depth knowledge of SAP CO sub-modules, including :

a. Product Cost Planning (PCP)

b. Cost Object Controlling (COC)

c. Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

d. Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

e. Activity-Based Costing (ABC)

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and its new functionalities in CO/Product Costing is highly desirable.

- Hands-on experience with integration points across SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP).

- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, retail, or similar industries.

- Proven ability to manage full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in CO or S/4HANA Finance.

- Experience in working with global teams and supporting multi-country rollouts.

- Proficiency in SAP Fiori apps for cost and profitability analysis.

- Knowledge of SAP Data Migration tools like LSMW or BODS.

- Expertise in automation tools, such as SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (IRPA).
