ERP Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 (14-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions according to best practices.

- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas where the ERP system can be optimized.

- Develop, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements.

- Perform system configuration and ongoing maintenance of the ERP platform.

- Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and smooth transition from legacy systems.

- Manage and troubleshoot technical issues related to Dynamics 365 ERP functionalities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business processes.

- Create technical documentation for systems and processes for future reference.

- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ERP functionalities.

- Ensure data integrity and security within the Dynamics 365 environment.

- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.

- Stay current with new features and updates related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Participate in project planning and assist in the creation of timelines and milestones.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements from business users.

- Support integration of third-party applications with Dynamics 365 ERP.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices within ERP environments.

- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and developing SQL queries.

- Experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 modules.

- Knowledge of data migration tools and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with system integrations and API technologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

- Project management experience is advantageous.

- ITIL certifications or experience is a plus.

- Experience with Azure and cloud solutions related to Dynamics 365.

- Understanding of financial, supply chain, and customer relationship management processes.

- A professional certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly regarded.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
