Kinaxis Consultant - RapidResponse Platform (8-15 yrs)

Location : PAN India

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to understand their business processes, challenges, and requirements related to supply chain planning.

- Conduct thorough fit-gap analysis between client requirements and Kinaxis Rapid Response capabilities.

- Design and document comprehensive solutions, including process flows, data models, and integration strategies.

- Guide the configuration team in implementing the designed solutions within Kinaxis Rapid Response, ensuring adherence to best practices and client specifications.

- Drive conversations and presentations with client business stakeholders, effectively communicating project updates, risks, and recommendations.

- Work closely with development functions, business lines, product teams, and technology stakeholders to define the future state of technology and develop roadmaps.

- Drive designs that balance business efficiency, system performance, security, and compliance while adhering to architectural and security standards.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effectively managing and leading the team to overcome challenges and drive project progress.

- Stay up to date with the latest Kinaxis Rapid Response features and functionalities, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development.

Key Qualifications :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience implementing Kinaxis Rapid Response and other SCM software solutions in client environments.

- Participation in at least 2 full lifecycle Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation projects.

- Strong functional knowledge and experience in the following Rapid Response applications:

- Supply Planning

- Capacity Planning (Constraints)

- Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)

- Master Production Scheduling (MPS)

- Demand Planning

- Order Fulfillment

- Strong design and software configuration skills, including expertise in data modeling within Kinaxis Rapid Response.

- Demonstrated experience integrating Kinaxis Rapid Response with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and legacy systems.

- Proven experience configuring Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules within Kinaxis Rapid Response.

- Must have completed Rapid Response Author Level 2 certification.

- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently interact with business stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Preferable Qualifications :

- Relevant supply chain certifications (CSCP) are a plus.

- Rapid Response Solution Consultant / Solution Architect certification is highly desirable
