SAP Consultant - MM/FI/AP Modules (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM/FI AP Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and a proven track record of successful implementations.

Responsibilities :

- Participate in all phases of the SAP S/4 HANA implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Configure and test SAP S/4 HANA modules, with a strong focus on Source to Pay, Procurement, and Materials Management.

Ensure that the SAP S/4 HANA implementation aligns with business requirements and best practices.

Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP S/4 HANA configurations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4 HANA configurations.

Provide guidance and support to end-users on SAP S/4 HANA functionalities.

Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and contribute to the development of best practices.

Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different geographies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience in End-user industry, IT consulting, Systems Integrators, or with IT Product companies.

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4 HANA Source to Pay, Procurement, and Materials Management.

Proven experience in the configuration, testing, and implementation of S/4 HANA with Fiori.

Demonstrated experience in multiple full-cycle global SAP implementations, with a strong emphasis on analytics-led business transformation.

Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA global implementation or equivalent next-generation business transformation implementation projects.

High Learning Agility with an outcome-oriented and transformative mindset, bringing forward best-in-class data, process, and technical designs.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Experience in creating and reviewing functional specifications for custom enhancements.

Ability to create and execute outcome-oriented strategies and build/sustain meaningful business relationships.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to manage projects and teams, including working with vendor partners.

Experience working in a global setup with peers, leaders, and teams across geographies and the ability to work in a cross-cultural context.

Formal training and certification in SAP Functional modules preferred.
