Associate Vice President - International Sales - Pharmaceutical Industry (15-25 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute global sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives

- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key pharmaceutical companies worldwide

- Lead high-value contract negotiations and strategic supply partnerships

- Spearhead market expansion initiatives in emerging and established markets

- Direct the company's presence at major industry forums, including CPHI events globally

- Lead and develop regional sales teams across international markets

- Work closely with executive leadership on strategic business development initiatives

- Drive collaboration between sales, R&D, and manufacturing for integrated growth

The Ideal Candidate Has:

- 15+ years in international API sales, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions

- Proven track record of managing P&L worth $100M+ annually

- Established presence and network at international pharma exhibitions, particularly CPHI

- Strategic understanding of global pharmaceutical markets and regulatory frameworks

- Executive-level negotiation skills and demonstrated cultural intelligence

- Advanced degree in Chemistry/Pharmacy/Business (MBA preferred)

- Passion for healthcare and commitment to making medicines more accessible globally
