Role & responsibilities

• Should have hands on experience in Medical Coding hirings
• Maintain TAT on hiring as per SLAs and position requirements
• Understand job requirements and identify sources for recruiting
• Source and shortlist employees based on JD/MPR
• Coordinate functional interviews and track feedback
• Offer closures ensures all documents verified before offering
• Maintain trackers for projects assigned stating profiles sourced, screened, selected, rejected, offered
• Maintain resume database for future reference
• Ensure that the candidates who are offered employment are continuously followed up till they join the organization and avoid offer rejection ratio

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate
• Min 3yrs experience in Talent Acquisition
• Medical coding hiring experience are preferred
