Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Identify potential candidates using job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and networking.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Engage with passive candidates and build strong relationships.

✅ Job Posting & Employer Branding

• Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
• Promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent.
• Partner with marketing to enhance employer branding strategies.

✅ Screening & Interviewing

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Use structured interviews and assessment tools to evaluate candidates effectively.

✅ Offer Management & Negotiation

• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-boarding processes.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

✅ Stakeholder & Process Management

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Work closely with HR teams to align hiring strategies with business goals.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

✅ Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
• Analyze hiring trends and suggest improvements to recruitment strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
✔ Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, and other job portals.Role & responsibilities
