Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in an International KPO. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various functions such as Finance & Accounting, US Taxation, Healthcare, and Back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the entire hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identifying and attracting candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and headhunting.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and suitability.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Offer Management: Handling salary negotiations and releasing offer letters.
  • Onboarding Support: Ensuring smooth joining and post-hiring engagement.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Maintaining hiring dashboards and reports to track recruitment performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality hires.
  • Employer Branding: Enhancing the candidate experience and promoting the company's brand in the job market.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Non-IT hiring (Finance, Accounting, Healthcare, Back-office, etc.).
  • Expertise in bulk hiring and lateral hiring for International KPO/BPO roles.
  • Proficiency in sourcing via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions and work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends in the KPO/BPO sector
