Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Handle international travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize blended processes to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software .

Shifts and Benefits. 1, Rotational shifts of 5 days and 2 days of rotational offs.2, Both the way or Travel allowance Note: We do not hire freshers, 6months experience is mandatory.
